When Should I Replace My Car

Published by financeandfitness at 11:05 am under Uncategorized Edit This

Although I give quite a bit of advice on this blog, I’d also like to solicit some advice as well. My question for my readers today is: when should I replace my car? I drive a 1990 Honda accord. It’s served me well but is starting to require quite a bit of yearly maintenance. For example I spent $1000 to fix things the last time I took it in for an oil chance.

I’d like to think that if I could just spend $500 to $1000 to keep it running than it would be best to just keep it. But I’m starting to wonder if my limit is a bit high.

What do you think? How much is too much?
