Want to supercharge your ability to achieve your goals? Try this: write out your top three goals each day (or better yet morning and evening). Step 2 is to write out 3 things you can do to move you towards your goals. Step 3 is to take one of those three steps immediately. You need to keep your goals at the top of mind every single day, and you also need to challenge your actions to know if you’re moving closer to your goals or further away.

 

The fact is that your goals aren’t going to be achieved if you’re unwilling to put forth some effort. I realize this recommendation will take a little time, but for me it was well worth the investment. It provides me with focus and helps me stay on task throughout the day.
